It\u2019s a little bit less than 100 km from Taipei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By car: it takes about 2 to 3 hours to get there depending on the traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By scooter: It takes about 4 to 5 hours to get to the waterslide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As its quite far from Taipei for a day trip, what we usually do is leave on Saturday Morning or Friday evening and we spend the weekend in Yilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Articles about what to do in Yilan for the weekend will come up soon \ud83d\ude42<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW TO GET THERE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 1: By Car<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>From Taipei: Get to <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/cg58tW2A5L3pBNhE6\">Yilan<\/a> &nbsp;via the Highway 5, then take road 9 then 9\u4e01 to <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/48hErr8QMVEFbf5z8 \">Nanao Township<\/a> and Follow you GPS To the<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1oSNXUzaBWkumH7q8\"> Jinyue Falls parking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Note 1:&nbsp; that there is a fee for cars to park there<\/li><li>Note 2: You need to be at least 3 people per car to be able to get to yilan via the highway on weekends.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 2: By Scooter&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From Taipei, get To Yilan via the road 9 (from <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/ApGgDcRyGERWCmrW7\">Xindian <\/a>or Via Road 106 Z then road 9&nbsp; From <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/cgd7uaciCyXr2r8F8\">Muzha<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/li><li>From <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/hCpYi1CT1JVyqyZo7\">Yilan<\/a>, take Road 2 to get to <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/nbLer78rBK51EEoE9\">Suao township<\/a> <\/li><li>Take the Road 9\u4e01&nbsp; from Suao Township to <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/48hErr8QMVEFbf5z8\">Nan\u2019ao<\/a> <\/li><li>Once in Nan\u2019ao , follow your GPS to the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1oSNXUzaBWkumH7q8\">Jinyue Falls Parking<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NOTE 1: No fee is asked to scooter for parking there.<\/li><li>NOTE 2: This is not the fastest route but Its the prettiest and most enjoyable to do with the scooter!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 3:&nbsp; Public Transportation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>From taipei you can take the train (1hr) or the Bus 1h 30) to Yilan station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then You can rent a scooter in yilan and get to the waterfall following your GPS to the <a href=\"http:\/\/ https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1oSNXUzaBWkumH7q8\">parking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us know what you thought of the waterslide!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHAT TO EXPECT?
