Soon you will have to find your next tenant, and while My Room Abroad is actively working on finding him or her, we need your help. We need you to post your room on several rental Facebook groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to do so? We will break it down to you in 4 easy steps.<\/span><\/p>\n

1<\/i>st<\/i> step:<\/i> write A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ROOM<\/span><\/h4>\n

Write down your personal description of the apartment and the room with the total price, the location, the convenience and facilities. Do not forget to mention when it becomes available and to add your personal opinion on the room, the apartment or the landlord.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also copy-paste the description your landlord previously used in his Facebook posts and add your opinion.<\/span><\/p>\n

2nd step<\/em>:<\/em> PICTURES and VIDEO<\/span><\/h4>\n

Clean the room and shared areas. Then take pictures and a video of it. Try to make it as attractive as possible for the next tenant. <\/span><\/p>\n

You can also take the previous picture the landlord posted.<\/span><\/p>\n

3rd\u00a0step<\/em>:<\/em> Post it on different Facebook groups<\/span><\/h4>\n
