Over the years, we have found that one of the best ways to find an apartment in Taiwan<\/strong> is to look at the listings rented by previous tenants<\/strong>. They have done the room research before you and they have actually lived in these apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although all the rooms and listings on our website can easily be filtered according to your criteria, we found it useful to create some explicit lists, showing you the apartments chosen by previous tenants<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

List of Apartments Rented by Previous Students from Universities<\/strong> and Mandarin Training Centers<\/strong> in Taiwan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These are the lists of apartments and rooms which have been rented by previous students<\/strong> from the main Taiwanese universities and Mandarin language centers. We call these lists “Room Books”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Room Books allow you to rent the exact same apartments<\/strong> as the previous students. Most of these apartments didn’t host just one alumni, but often 10 or 100. These students did the pre-selection and now these apartments are transferred from generation to generation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
